How we do

1.On-site Customer Survey Professional on-site survey for customers and propose a comprehensive solution for cylinder disassembly, inspection, filling, and installation.

2.Fire Alarm Disabling The construction leader and main personnel go to the site to clarify the construction technical requirements, remove the wiring on the solenoid valve, and if the main unit alarms, press the mute button.

3. Equipment Disassembly, Transportation

 ① Remove the starting bottle (or active bottle), starting copper pipe nuts, starting bottle solenoid valve, and wiring in sequence;

 ② Remove the high-pressure hose, pilot valve in order, put on the cylinder head cap, remove the cylinder clamp, remove the cylinder, and place the disassembled equipment uniformly at the designated location by Party A;

③ During horizontal transportation, use a special cylinder cart, and bundle the cylinder equipment on wooden pallets;

④ Keep the cylinder head valve protective cover intact to prevent accidental discharge during unloading and handling;

⑤ Arrange for the forklift driver to unload and place on flat ground to prevent cargo from falling.

5.Fire Extinguisher Cylinder Inspection and Filling Documentation After the completion of the fire extinguisher cylinder inspection and filling, our company will issue a regular inspection report for fire extinguisher cylinders, a list of regularly inspected and qualified cylinders, a fire extinguishing agent filling record form, and a quality assurance letter, making it clear to the customer what work has been done, ensuring safety and peace of mind.

6.Fire Extinguisher Cylinder Inspection (HFC-227ea, Carbon Dioxide, IG541) After filling is completed and returned to the site, carry out installation, debugging, and acceptance.
