Throwable Fire Suppression Bomb

Weighing just 2 kilograms (4.4 pounds), the throwable fire suppression bomb is built for fast, flexible response in critical situations. Inside, it carries one of three agent types—dry powder for Class A, B, and C fires, water-based agents for high-heat surface fires, or aerosol compounds ideal for enclosed or low-oxygen environments. Each option is tailored to the unique demands of early-stage fire control, and all are compliant with relevant NFPA standards.

To ensure reliability across different scenarios, the unit supports three ignition modes. It can trigger automatically through a photoelectric fuze that reacts to intense flame light, activate on impact near the fire source, or deploy on a timed delay for coordinated, remote-area drops.

Whether launched horizontally or dropped vertically from a UAV, the bomb reaches its target at speeds of 40 to 50 meters per second (90–112 mph). Its durable casing is designed to withstand shock and thermal stress, performing reliably in temperatures ranging from 5°C to 45°C (41°F to 113°F). Once activated, the payload disperses in a full 360-degree arc, rapidly saturating the fire zone and stopping combustion in its tracks.

Compatible with leading UAV platforms like DJI Matrice and Freefly Alta, the device is engineered to meet or exceed NFPA 18, 2001, and 2010 fire agent standards—delivering powerful suppression when and where it’s needed most.
